Shipping Rates to United States of America
The cost to ship items from each product category to the United States of America varies by item, shipment and shipping option.
Your total shipping cost is calculated by adding the "Per Shipment" cost and the "Per Item" cost. If the "Per Item" cost is listed in terms of price per Kilogram, you can check the weight on the item's detail page.
Important: Items marked with a * may also be subject to additional shipping charges. See the Surcharge Chart for Heavy or Bulky.
About Customs, Duties & Taxes
When ordering from Silvertech-Camera.com, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the HONG KONG may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
About Freight Forwarders
Using a freight forwarder to ship items internationally may result in complications not covered by Silvertech.
If a freight forwarder is used, the following terms will apply:
Silvertech won't be responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods after they're delivered to the freight forwarder. This means that Silvertech isn't able to provide a replacement of, or refund for, any goods delivered to a freight forwarder. You should instruct freight forwarders to refuse goods that arrive damaged, and goods lost after being received by the freight forwarder will be your responsibility.
You (or the freight forwarder if you so designate) become the exporter of the goods and are solely responsible for compliance with all export and import regulations, including all HONG KONG export regulations and the import regulations of the destination country. Silvertech must not be listed on any export or import documentation (e.g., import or export declarations, invoices, packing lists, etc.)
Products not offered through SilvertechGlobal and exported by you through a freight forwarder may not be returned.
Products offered through SilvertechGlobal and exported by you through a freight forwarder may be returned to Silvertech, provided that you are responsible for all the costs associated with returning the goods to the HONG KONG You may locate Silvertech's return address by using the Online Returns Center and viewing the Return Mailing Label.
Note: The Return Mailing Label is for HONG KONG domestic shipments only. In order to use an Silvertech pre-paid Return Mailing Label, you must first return the goods to a HONG KONG address. Then, use the Return Mailing Label to return the goods to the Silvertech fulfillment center listed on the Return Mailing Label from that HONG KONG address. In addition, you become the exporter and importer of record of the shipment; title and risk of loss transfer to Silvertech upon receipt of the goods at Silvertech's fulfillment center listed on the Return Mailing Label.
